Due to ongoing work to commission the Eraniel-Nagercoil Town double railway line in the Thiruvananthapuram division of Southern Railway, a few of the train services have been partially cancelled for a few days.

List of Express Trains to be Partially Cancelled
• Train No. 16649, the Mangaluru Central-Kanyakumari Parasuram Express, running on April 1 and 2, will not go all the way to Kanyakumari. Instead, it will end its journey at Thiruvananthapuram Central, and the service between Thiruvananthapuram Central and Kanyakumari will remain cancelled on these days.
• Similarly, Train No. 16650, the Kanyakumari-Mangaluru Central Parasuram Express, starting from Kanyakumari on April 1, 2, and 3, will not begin from its usual station. It will start from Thiruvananthapuram Central at its scheduled time of 6:15 a.m. As a result, the remaining portion of the journey between Kanyakumari and Thiruvananthapuram Central will be cancelled.
• Moreover, Train No. 16605, the Mangaluru Central-Thiruvananthapuram Central Ernad Express, running on April 1 and 2, will be short-terminated at Kollam Junction. It will not continue further to Thiruvananthapuram Central, so the service between Kollam Junction and Thiruvananthapuram Central will be cancelled.
• Train No. 16606, the Thiruvananthapuram Central-Mangaluru Central Ernad Express, running on April 1, 2, and 3, will also be affected. This train will start its journey from Kollam Junction at its usual departure time of 4:38 a.m. Therefore, the section between Thiruvananthapuram Central and Kollam Junction will remain cancelled.
Passengers travelling on these routes are advised to check train schedules in advance and plan their journey accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
