Toranmal is a pristine hill station in the district of Nandurbar in Maharashtra. Its untouched scenery is a visual treat. Toranmal is a part of Satpura hill ranges and a offbeat destination.
It is also a Hindu pilgrimage site that is known for Gorakhnath temple. Several devotees visit Gorakhnath temple during Mahashivaratri.

Location
Toranmal is situated in Nandurbar district and is a part of Satpura mountain ranges. It is one of the unexplored hill stations in Maharashtra.

Nandurbar
Nandurbar is a district in Khandesh region. Earlier the city of Dhule was merged with Nandurbar but in 1988 they became separated. It is known for a hot water spring called Unapdev.

Distance
Toranmal can be reached via Shahada which is at a distance of 50km. The city of Surat is around 250km to Toranmal.

Tourist Places in Toranmal
Toranmal is surrounded by greenery and a beautiful lake. There are some picturesque tourist places that're a must visit in Toranmal. Khadki Point, Sita Khai (waterfalls), Gorakhnath temple, Yashwanth Lake, Sunset point, etc. are some spots here.

Climate
Toranmal is very beautiful during monsoons. It will be full of greenery and waterfalls. In summer it has a pleasant climate. Thus, ideal for summer trips. In winter, Toranmal will be cool and also a nice time for a visit.

Shahada
Shahada is a town situated near Toranmal. It is known for a religious place called Dakshin Kashi which is around 14km from Shahada. Dakshin Kashi is also called as Prakasha which is archaeological site. Pandavleni cave or Panch Pandav complex is located near Shahada.
