List of Areas to be Affected on Nov 19

Several areas will be affected during this outage. These include Manjunathanagara, Shivanagara, Gayathrinagara, Prakash Nagara, Lakshminarayanapura, Subramanyanagara, Vijayanagara, Rajajinagara 2nd Block, 6th Block, Agrahara Dasarahalli, Indiranagara, Shankarmutt, and the Magadi Road stretch from 1st to 10th Cross, along with nearby neighbourhoods.

Special Traffic Requirements

In another update, Bengaluru Traffic Police has issued special traffic arrangements for November 17 because a huge crowd is expected at the Begur Nagalingeshwara Temple for the Last Kartika Monday celebrations. Around 80,000 to 90,000 devotees are likely to visit, especially for the Laksha Deepotsava event in the evening. To handle the heavy traffic, several restrictions and diversions will be enforced around Begur throughout the day.

Traffic Changes on Begur Road

• Traffic will be controlled between PK Kalyana Mantapa Junction and Ekana Hospital Junction on Begur Road and Manipal County Road.

• Drivers can take a left at Falcon Market and go through AECS C-Block and Mylasandra to reach Begur Koppa Road and Bannerghatta Main Road.

• From Ekana Hospital Junction, vehicles should turn left, take DLF Road via Nyanappanahalli, and move towards Devarachikkanahalli, Bommanahalli, and Hongasandra.

• Traffic coming from DLF Junction can use Nyanappanahalli Road through DEO Heights Layout to reach Hongasandra and Bommanahalli.

• DLF Road and parts of Begur Road near the temple will have restricted access.

• Motorists can also turn right at PK Kalyana Mantapa Junction, take Devarachikkanahalli Road, continue to DEO Heights, and follow Nyanappanahalli Road to DLF Junction.
