The railways have introduced three special trains from Tuesday to connect important routes between Maharashtra and Bihar. These trains promise to reduce the heavy passenger rush during the summer season, when many people travel for holidays or to visit their families.

Introduction of Special Trains
According to officials from the East Central Railway, the new trains are running on the routes between Pune and Danapur, Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, Mumbai, and Danapur, and Mumbai to Samastipur. These routes are important, as they connect major cities and a large number of passengers travel during these periods.
List of Special Trains
• The Pune-Danapur special train will run until July 15. It departs from Pune at 3:30 p.m. and reaches Danapur at 2:45 a.m. on the third day. For the return journey, the train leaves Danapur at 5:00 a.m. and arrives back in Pune at 6:15 p.m. the next day.
• Another special train is running daily between Mumbai's Lokmanya Tilak Terminus and Danapur. This train leaves Mumbai at 10:30 a.m. and reaches Danapur the next day at 6:45 p.m. On its return journey, it departs from Danapur at 9:30 p.m. and reaches Mumbai on the third day at 3:45 a.m.
These additional trains will provide more travel options and reduce overcrowding on regular trains. During the summer, passenger numbers increase significantly, and such services help manage the demand. Therefore, passengers are encouraged to check train timings carefully and book their tickets in advance.
